“Every new day is another chance to change your life.” – Unkown
G’day folks, it’s been a while. I won’t lie, I’ve been lazy, not just with the updating of my blog, but also on the fitness front. Well that’s not entirely true, I’ve actually been back on the fitness bike for a few months now. Mainly just heading out for a run as often as I can. I’ve also recently been back hitting the weights. Now I don’t have a specific fitness routine set up, for now I’m doing more of the afore mentioned, running as often as I can and hitting my back yard gym as often as I can.
Combined with these irregular workouts, I’m currently taking a range of supplements. Over the coming weeks, I’m going to let you know what these supplements are and provide some reviews. I’ll let you know just what I think of these supplements and see if they are making any difference to the work I’m doing. I will also be talking a friend of mine who is a personal trainer, we’ll try to turn this irregular workout in to something more regular and hopefully increase the benefits of my training.
I’ll try to map my fitness so you can follow along, and judge for yourself if this is working. And who knows, as before maybe inspire a few of you to get off the couch and in to Healthy Town. But please, if you’re new to any kind of fitness or working out, head down to the Quack’s office and see a doctor. I am by no means a health professional and you should take everything I say with a grain of salt for that very reason. What I’m doing may be working for me, but might not be right for you.
But one things is for sure, walking is great for you, so if you’re even the slightest bit inspired, jump up off the couch, grab the dog, grab the better half, grab the kids, grab a mate, it doesn’t matter and just go for a stroll. It’s great for you, you’ll see great things, and if you have a friend, you may even be in danger of having a conversation that isn’t a Facebook post or a text message!
Ok folks, time to move, GO GO GO!
