Day 21


Well it’s 34 degrees outside, so what’s the best thing to do? That’s right, go for a run! I can always tell when I’ve lost weight, because it goes in my face first. I’ll take the weight loss from anywhere!

Stopped eating right and exercising over Christmas and put a few kilos back on. Lost about 6 kilo’s over the past 10 days. This weight lose can be directly attributed to stress, but if it’s going to go, let’s hope I can keep it off!
